Blues on Broadbeach Music Festival (21st to 24th May)

Cooly Rocks On (29-May to 8th June)

If you think, you are missing out May attractions because the time for your arrival is last week then don’t be sad. Cooly Rocks On is an action packed event waiting for you to participate. This is an 11 days event at the colourful, vibrant, beachside towns of Coolangatta and Tweed Heads. To heat up the atmosphere, more than 50 rock’n’roll and rockabilly bands from across Australia will perform. There will be special guests and international artists from around the world. There will be also be 1300 cars lined up to stage the biggest car displays in Australia. You can even watch the Sharp Motor Group Street Parade and interesting shows.

Yugambeh Mobo Festival (31st May)

Yugambeh Mobo Festival is one of the biggest late May Gold Coast attractions. This one day event celebrates stories, music, language, art and culture and bush foods of the Aboriginals. You can be a part of free and ticketed workshops. There will also be art and crafts for kids and adults, boomerang throwing, didgeridoo, cooking with bush foods and other interesting programs. The local Indigenous talent will perform on stage; you can enjoy the shows having Australian native flavours. There will be free concert featuring Chris Tamwoy, William Barton, Didge Orchestra and many more. The event is scheduled at Beenleigh. Broadbeach Country Music Festival (19th to 21st June)

Broadbeach is about to host its third annual Broadbeach Country Music Festival on the pristine beachfront of Queensland. International and popular local talent will take you to a country music journey. There will be day and night events with perfect blend of board shorts and banjos, surf boards and steel guitars offering you incredible entertainment. If you are coming in this June then witness this musical program where ARIA award winners The McClymonts, Beccy Cole, James Blundell, The Wolverines, The Wolfe Brothers, Catherine Britt and many others will be performing.
